At Chloé Laurent, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return and refund policy.


Returns

1. Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Items must include the original packaging and tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items showing clear signs of use or damage.

3. Return Process

  • Please contact our customer service team at info@chloelaurent.com to initiate a return request.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions and a return label (if applicable).

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise stated.


Refunds

1. Processing Procedure

  • Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  • If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@chloelaurent.com.


Exchanges

  • Items can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • Please contact our team to submit an exchange request.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • If you request an exchange, the shipping costs for sending the new item will be covered by us.
